Every Natural piece is produced in limited drops and finished with care. We want you to be happy with what you receive — here’s how returns work.
Your 14-day right to cancel
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you’d like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please use the contact us form or reach out on social media with your order number and we’ll guide you through it.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds cover the price of the item. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Exchanges
Because everything is made in limited quantities, we don’t offer exchanges — sizes often sell out. If you’d like a different size, return your item for a refund and place a new order while stock lasts.
Faulty, incorrect, or lost orders
If your item arrives faulty, you receive the wrong item, or your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll put it right with a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Email us within 30 days of your order date.
A note on our finishing
Some pieces, including our tees, are hand-distressed individually. Faded edges, subtle variation, and small irregularities are intentional and part of the character of each garment — these are not faults.
Made-to-order items
Any item marked as made-to-order or personalised is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right, as it’s produced specifically for you. This will always be made clear at the point of purchase.
